Corbin’s Canyon Dual Sport saddle gives your bike a big comfort boost. We’ve built up more supportive seating platforms that have been ergonomically corrected to provide more square inches of body contact. Our exclusive Comfort Cell foam material is nearly twice as firm as stock to retain resilience and give long lasting support. Internal support system allows for use of optional passenger backrest for copilot security.
Corbin’s removable passenger backrest is adjustable to provide a tailored fit to your passenger’s posture. Installation of the backrest is a snap with a single setscrew locking it into place under the saddle. Once installed, the angle can be set without removing the backrest from the seat. We offer several backrest models to suit your taste, but recommend the model #02-SB shown here for best combination of function and looks.
Saddle is built up on a solid basepan foundation made up of our Fibertech material. This rigid material removes flex from the base to assure the carefully designed ergonomics remain intact. Corbin basepan also provides the necessary structural integrity to support our internal backrest hardware. Neutralized seating positions curb the tendency to slide in the saddle, which helps to reduce rider fatigue. To aid in ground reach, we’ve shaved the nose area of the seat narrower than the bucket to allow your legs clearance at stop signs. While riding, just slide back into the bucket for maximum support.
We use genuine leather seating in all of our saddle models because it breathes with your body and will conform along with the foam shape during break in. This provides an added bit of luxury on those long rides. All these options are available at no additional charge! Even the Corbin logo is embroidered with an Italian three color design. A nice custom touch!
If you would like to add a little extra storage, the Corbin Glovebox mounts easily on the back of the #02-SB backrest. Designed to provide four liters of storage… enough room to carry small essential items like maps, gloves, cell phones and bottled water. Constructed of durable ABS and includes weather stripping and door lock for security. Comes either unfinished (black) or prepainted gloss black for a little extra. Please note, the Corbin Glovebox does not work with luggage rack in place on the bike.
Corbin’s seat and backrest combination is designed to install easily using the oem key lock and brackets preinstalled on the Corbin saddle. Works with the “toolbox” door transferred from your stock saddle onto the Corbin one to store your manual and Ducati tools. Saddle works with or without the rack installed on the bike as shown above.
This saddle cover has been updated to use our new backrest hardware cover with the sliding door as shown here. To install the backrest, just slide the cover over to the side. When the backrest is not needed, just slide it closed. It doesn’t get easier than that! Click image for details.
On the outside we use genuine leather seating for a luxurious ride that breathes with your body. Leather will break in along with the foam to support the personalized fit. We’ve designed a cover pattern that allows you to keep a custom, yet subtle look or choose from a variety of colored material options at no extra charge for high visual impact. Shown here with Carbon-Fiber leather seating, Matte Black sides, Red stitching and Silver Corbin logo. We do not recommend colored welts on this model.
