Our two-piece sport touring saddles offer an increased area of body contact to give excellent weight dispersion and eliminate hot spots. The shaping of the Corbin saddle relieves centralized pressure and supports from the sides. Neutralized platforms curb the tendency to slide in the saddle which will greatly reduce fatigue. Front of passenger saddle provides a nice bit of back support for the pilot.
We build the saddle up with high-density Comfort Cell foam for a firm, supportive ride that lasts. Comfort Cell will support you for years and will provide a personalized fit after break in.
For an added ten inches of passenger back support, the Corbin system accepts an adjustable backrest in the rear seat. Corbin backrests are easily removed and installed as desired and lock in with a single screw. Naturally, backrest angle is adjustable to provide a tailored fit to your passenger’s profile. Choose from a variety of styles to suit your taste (#BR Ovalbac shown).
For added luxury, we offer a setup with optional electric seat heaters built in. Rear seat includes a switch on the left side of the saddle while the front seat will operate using the factory controls. Please note, if your bike didn’t come with a heated seat, you may need to go to your dealer to have the seat heater controls activated in the bike’s computer.
Notice how seat shaping is designed to emulate the shape of your body. This gives excellent support for longer range. Naturally we include a wide range of material choices including Alcantara (shown) and genuine leather. We’ve designed to cover pattern to look great on the GS and fit the lines visually. Shown above we used Grey Alcantara seating, Matte Black sides, Blue stitching and Light Silver Corbin logo with BMW embelishment.
Alcantara provides a luxurious ride that breathes with your body and often doesn’t get hot in the sun. Leather seating will adapt with the foam shape during break in for a personalized fit. Over time it will develop its own unique character just like your leather jacket. Just be sure to care for it properly with a quality conditioner like Corbin’s Saddle Cream. Your new saddle will be your favorite investment for many years to come!
As an extra added value, Corbin’s Ovalbac backrest models have a custom finishing plate option included at no extra charge. We have a standard leather-look plate, a Carbon-Fiber look or primer if you’d like to have it custom painted. For a little extra we can provide the finishing plate prepainted gloss black. Please be sure to choose your finishing plate option when ordering.
Corbin’s front and rear saddles will interchange with the OEM pieces if desired. Designed to fit perfectly and look custom. Front and rear seats include all brackets and come ready to intall.
